Hey Dustin,
I love what your doing. I am a student of Ted Thomas and have been investing off and on for more than 20 years.

A few years ago I had an accident and lost everything. During my early investing I did no money down, stock market, bonds, treasury notes you name it, until I learned about tax defaulted properties. This is a goldmine.

After investing in these properties I’ve come up with some unique ways to do this without having to confront all the paperwork and without steep learning curve.

If you have time I’d like to talk to you more about it.

but keep doing what your doing this is how recovery really happens not with the bloated banks still trying to operate in a vacuum.
